Founding partners Erna Friesen and Harold Epp began their partnership in 1979 with a vision of providing effective legal representation of the highest calibre in a friendly and collegial setting. With the addition of Erna’s son, Kenneth Friesen, in 1992, that vision has continued to drive and inspire as the firm has gained recognition for its excellence in estate litigation.

Friesen and Epp, now guided jointly by Kenneth Friesen and Harold Epp, continues to build on its legacy, drawing upon a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing quality legal services in the areas of commercial and estate litigation as well as real estate transactions, corporate management, and estate planning and administration.
